Each of us is both a continuation and the result of what our ancestors invested in us.
Family Constellations & Ancestral Work, held monthly over Zoom
What grows above the ground is only half the tree.
What Happens in a Constellation
Each of us is a continuation of everyone who came before us. The strengths we lean on without thinking and the wounds we can't quite explain were handed down the same line, sometimes seven generations back, closer to a hundred people than one. Family constellations, developed by the German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, is how we go looking for that line.
In the circle, people step in as representatives, sometimes for real relatives, sometimes simply for a feeling or a role, to stand in for members of your family system. What surfaces is often something your mind never knew, but your body has carried all along.
We are shaped by two forces. One is the pull of imitation, loyal to the past and its rules. The other is the pull of creation, loyal to what wants to become of us. Most of what feels stuck in us is imitation, still running quietly, still asking to be seen before it can be set down.
This isn't therapy in the traditional sense. It's older than that, closer to reverence than treatment. I hold this space once a month as a community offering. We work together for two and a half hours, on Zoom. You don't need to bring anything but yourself and a willingness to look.
The Next Three Gatherings

In the old tales, the swan maiden sheds her feathers to walk among us, and only finds her way home again by returning to what she set aside. Our lineage works the same way. Walk far enough back into it, and you find what was always yours to carry, and what was only ever borrowed.
